Hi everyone,
Fitness testing has come around again.
It will take place on the above Monday nights at 7pm.
Show up, have a go to get an idea of where you're at. The only person you're competing against is yourself.
Want to get fit, make friends and have a good time? Classes are just $5 per session Monday, Wednesday from 7pm Friday Family Nights from 6:30pm
