EveryBody Moves Beginner Program

EveryBody Moves is a 6-week online beginner program designed to help you build confidence, improve your fitness, and learn the basics of nutrition and exercise programming, all from the comfort of your own home. This program is ideal if you’re just starting out or don’t feel confident with exercise yet. It combines simple, easy-to-follow workouts with practical health & exercise tips to help you feel more comfortable looking after your body and wellbeing. Throughout the program, you’ll learn how to choose workouts that suit you, understand different types of training, set realistic goals, build healthy habits, and understand basic nutrition. Optional content is also included for those who want to learn how to use gym equipment and understand workout program design. This program is not a "Do-it-for-You" but a "Do-it-Yourself." The goal is for you to learn about exercise and nutrition basics. It is not an exercise program - it is a program that provides tools for informed decision-making, helping you feel more confident with exercise and making healthier choices. What’s included: Participants will have access to an online group where they can ask questions and share updates, short video workshops, goal setting and habits, worksheets to help visualise key ideas, weekly challenges & quizzes, recipes, and 35 workout sheets or videos. All workouts include modifications for injuries and different abilities. Why was this program created? People living in rural and regional Victoria often have less access to fitness programs, safe spaces to exercise, and health support than those living in cities. Because of this, physical inactivity and health challenges are more common. EveryBody Moves was created to help reduce these barriers by making fitness and nutrition more accessible, flexible, and easy to understand. Genki Fit created EveryBody Moves to help people feel capable, supported, and confident in taking care of their health in a way that fits their life.
