Led by our experienced and certified instructors, our Pilates sessions focus on enhancing core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness.

Clubbercise

Work up a sweat in a darkened room with disco lights exercising to a soundtrack of club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits. 

Clubbercise routines are a mix of dance, toning and combat, they are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options to suit all fitness levels. 

You'll use a pair of trademark flashing LED glow sticks throughout the class, these are both reusable and recyclable so much more environmentally friendly than the single-use ones. It's all about fun, not about perfection. Take it to your level, keep it simple and enjoy the music.

Do I need to be a good dancer?

Definitely not! Our routines combine dance, toning and combat moves, we deliberately make them easy-to-follow so you can relax and enjoy it rather than worrying about getting the steps wrong.

 

What should I wear/bring?

Just runners and sportswear/fitness clothing… Neon is optional! And make sure you bring some water.

Barre Pilates

With high intensity, low-impact exercise, barre is a complete workout which includes a fusion of Pilates, ballet and fitness. This class includes exercises designed to tone your body and create longer and leaner muscles.

Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you’re comfortable with. 

Yoga Class

STRONG Nation

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.

 

The music and moves change frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max, and there are three levels of intensity for each movement to make sure that everyone is able to get the most out of their workout!
