Work up a sweat in a darkened room with disco lights exercising to a soundtrack of club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits.
Clubbercise routines are a mix of dance, toning and combat, they are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options to suit all fitness levels.
You'll use a pair of trademark flashing LED glow sticks throughout the class, these are both reusable and recyclable so much more environmentally friendly than the single-use ones. It's all about fun, not about perfection. Take it to your level, keep it simple and enjoy the music.

You can also access up to 8 sessions per week by joining the 8 Week Spring into Summer Fitness Challenge, where you can access up to 8 in-person sessions per week, online workouts, fitness testing and a program for $20p/w over the 8 weeks.
Program will run from September 5th until end October on Thursday nights from 6:30pm! Please note classes will run on FRIDAY September 13th (only that week) due to another event at the facility on the 12th. If you can't make the Friday a free class will be added to your account.
