7-Minute Workouts

About

These 7-Minute Workouts are designed for beginners, in order to build up fitness level from the comfort of your own home. If you are intermediate to advanced, feel free to add extra reps or rounds to these workouts to really take it up to the next level. I will provide options for intermediate / advanced at the bottom of each workout! These exercises are what you would find in a GroupFIT class at GenkiFIT - though normally I find ways to make it even more fun by adding equipment, competitions, or different circuit styles! Adjust the intensity based on your fitness level, and consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.
