Service Description
Community group fitness classes dedicated to helping people of all ages and abilities achieve their fitness goals in a relaxed, fun environment. We utilise boot camp, obstacle course, game, boxing and circuit style training sessions as well as fast paced cardio workouts to get your body moving! Work at a pace that suits you, push yourself to the next level. Make lasting friendships and feel supported throughout your fitness journey. BYO mat, towel, drink bottle. All other equipment provided. Woady Yaloak Recreation Facility, Smythesdale.
